Autumn gratitude jar on rustic windowsill with leaves and notes

A clear glass jar filled with folded paper notes sits on a weathered wooden windowsill, tied at the neck with twine and a small tag reading gratitude jar. Scattered autumn leaves, acorns, a tiny pumpkin, and a pen with blank cards frame the arrangement, giving the scene a handmade seasonal feel. Warm sunlight streams through the old-paned window, casting soft highlights across the glass and wood grain while the outdoor background stays gently blurred. The earthy browns, golds, and oranges create a cozy, reflective mood that fits fall greeting, Thanksgiving, and gratitude themes. Nothing in the frame feels staged beyond the simple objects themselves, which keeps the composition natural and approachable. The jar is centered as the clear focal point, with surrounding details adding texture and context without overwhelming the simple message of appreciation.
