Glowing carved pumpkins lined up on a table at an autumn pumpkin carving contest

Pumpkin carving contest at a festive autumn gathering

A long table displays a row of carved pumpkins glowing from within at an outdoor evening event. Jar voting containers, pencils, and paper slips are arranged along the burlap-covered surface, suggesting a community pumpkin carving contest. Behind the table, adults and children mingle under strings of warm lights, with soft focus keeping attention on the jack-o'-lanterns in front. The scene feels seasonal and casual, with orange pumpkins contrasting against the darker green background and dusk sky. A chalkboard sign at the right edge announces the contest and invites votes. The composition stretches horizontally, giving the display room to breathe while the crowd creates a lively backdrop. Warm highlights and gentle blur lend the image a friendly, celebratory mood.
